The plant was modified to produce a more advanced biofuel containing up to 10% bioethanol.
The process required a new ultra-filtration plant to treat 100m³/h of condensate for 24 hours a day from March to September during campaigns.
The company decided that renting would be a more cost effective option than buying a plant and placed a 7 year agreement with Veolia.
Veolia’s plant consists of two automatic 200µm pre-filter screens, re-pressurisation pumps and two 50 m³/h ultra-filtration systems.
- Reliable and cost effective solution for project
- Maintenance and service for the duration of the rental period
